Parents –  at least one parent must register for an account at

• There are directions on every screen.

• You will need to input a credit card to set up your account, but it will not be charged.


Once Parent account is set up, parent will receive and email with instruction as to how to add a student.  You will need your student school ID# which may be found on the handout sent home with students on Thursday, Aug 25, 2016 or on the cover of your Student-Parent Handbook.


 Payments will ONLY be accepted through the Parent Portal/



You may deposit funds to a “source account” from which extended day fees may be automatically withdrawn.



Billing done after the second and fourth Sunday of the month, and is due the following Friday by 9:00 am (hence the second and the fourth Friday)


·        Statements are generally sent via email the second and fourth Monday, via email


·        Past due obligations will incur a late fee as noted in the handbook
